Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee and enhance their accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and the general ledger
• Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accurate journal entries and financial reporting
• Collaborate with finance and FP&A teams on budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in a fast-growing environment
• Experience managing and mentoring a team
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
• Active CPA and Big 4 experience are a plus
