Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Accounting - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Labor Administration and collaborate with Finance on workforce administration
• Oversee reconciliation of labor records and manage travel and expense reporting
• Develop and maintain internal control structures and procedures for accurate financial data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting with demonstrated progression
• 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in labor/payroll areas
• Intermediate knowledge of GAAP and proficiency with financial reporting tools
• Expert level proficiency with Excel and Word
