A company is looking for a Manager, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operations related to consolidated financial statements, account reconciliations, and external audits
• Collaborate with finance teams and facilitate enterprise financial audits and reporting
• Oversee staffing, employee development, and performance reviews within the accounting department

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related Business degree with an Accounting minor
• Five years of accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare organization
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is desirable
