Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to lead a team of accounting professionals in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of accountants/analysts to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Oversee end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal controls
• Act as the primary liaison with external auditors and drive process improvements for operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred)
• 5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a management role
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel; experience in multi-entity/global operations required
• Strong leadership and project-management skills in remote, cross-cultural environments
