Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of issues
• Supervise billing and invoicing lifecycle, collaborating with internal teams to align with contracts
• Lead month-end close activities and support audits by maintaining internal controls and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience in a remote work environment and understanding of multi-currency accounting
