Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager who can independently manage the accounting team and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Own the monthly reporting of EBITDA, MRR, and recurring revenue
• Analyze revenue streams and balance sheet trends to identify inconsistencies

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, with SuiteBilling or OpenAir experience preferred
• 3+ years of accounting management experience
• Strong foundation in US GAAP, particularly in revenue recognition and recurring revenue models
• Experience in a private equity-backed or metrics-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
