Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations and support growth in a multi-entity structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly close process and ensure accuracy across multiple entities
• Build and maintain intercompany processes and track reconciliations
• Oversee entity compliance and handle necessary filings and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience with ownership of month-end close
• Experience working across multiple legal entities and understanding intercompany mechanics
• Familiarity with entity-level compliance and related filings
• Participation in at least one financial statement audit cycle from the company side
• Strong knowledge of modern accounting tools and systems
