Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure financial reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor accounting staff, monitoring productivity and providing evaluations and feedback
• Perform complex accounting analysis, validate financial statements, and deliver financial reports to leadership
• Enhance accounting workflows for efficiency and compliance while driving project milestones and internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA, MAcc, or CPA preferred
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance
• 1-2 years of previous management experience
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite and SQL desired
