Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to enhance its accounting operations and drive automation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and identifying automation opportunities
• Lead ERP selection and implementation, partnering with the Head of FP&A
• Document and formalize accounting policies, ensuring compliance and efficiency in operations

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Experience in ERP implementation and management of monthly close processes
• Hands-on experience with financial statement audits, including managing auditor relationships
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including US GAAP and revenue recognition
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
