Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Financial Leadership in setting vision and objectives for the accounting team
• Supervise accounting processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency
• Oversee general ledger production and ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in accounting, including general ledger and fixed assets
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building qualities
• Knowledge of GAAP and fundamental accounting concepts
• Proficiency with desktop software; experience in SAP, HFM, Essbase, and/or Oracle preferred
