Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to execute critical accounting operations and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close, reporting, reconciliations, and other accounting activities
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and manage payroll and bonus accounting
• Drive process improvements and support annual financial audits and ad hoc projects

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in accounting, audit, advisory, and/or corporate finance
• BA/BS in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• Experience with GAAP accounting standards, preferably at a publicly traded company or Big 4 firm
• Familiarity with accounting and financial planning software and ERP systems
• Experience managing and developing teams
