Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting functions and manage general ledger maintenance, AR, and intercompany reconciliations across North America
• Manage and mentor a team, ensuring operational continuity and cross-functional collaboration
• Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and audit management, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience with multi-currency transactions and accounting operations in Canada and/or LATAM preferred
• Extensive experience with large-scale ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion
• CPA license is a plus
