Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve account reconciliations and journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and support annual audit processes
• Continuously improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA designation preferred
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting systems
