Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the financial operations of multiple television stations, the full-time Accounting Manager will prepare journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and manage financial statements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with station General Managers and department heads on revenue and expense forecasting
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for each market
• Review and approve Accounts Payable invoices and manage capital projects for the stations

Required qualifications

• Previous accounting experience with a degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA preferred
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and other computer applications
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
