Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Accounting Manager, the successful candidate will manage the accounting departments, provide mentorship to staff accountants, and ensure timely financial reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the accounting departments and develop staff through mentorship and performance feedback
• Establish and monitor internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
• Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with fiscal deadlines and GAAP standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Seven or more years of experience in accounting, with two to three years in a management role
• Experience with NetSuite ERP and knowledge of GAAP preferred
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
