Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Leading accounting operations across the Americas in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Accounting Manager will manage complex month-end close processes, oversee a team, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Own complex components of the month-end close process and prepare detailed journal entries and reconciliations
• Manage and develop a team, reviewing their work and providing coaching for professional growth
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting operations and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CPA track preferred)
• 5-7+ years of relevant accounting experience
• 1-2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience
• Strong experience with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles
