Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and detail-driven Accounting Manager, the full-time remote position will manage a small team and oversee revenue, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger reconciliation processes for a US-based line of business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, cash application, and aging management
• Supervise the end-to-end billing lifecycle processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing
• Prepare monthly commission calculations and support commission inquiries and reconciliations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP system
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience in a Digital Marketing or SaaS business model is a plus
