Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Accounting Manager, this full-time position offers a hybrid work environment and focuses on managing accounting processes, overseeing junior staff, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations to maintain accuracy and compliance
• Support the Controller in the preparation of financial statements and perform variance analyses
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance accounting operations and document policies for internal controls

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5 to 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory roles
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, such as NetSuite
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial modeling
