Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic accounting team, the full-time Accounting Manager will manage day-to-day financial operations, oversee the full accounting cycle, and ensure compliance with GAAP while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, setting performance goals and ensuring data integrity
• Lead the month-end close process, maintaining the General Ledger and publishing financial statements on time
• Oversee the Procure-to-Pay and Quote-to-Cash processes, managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reimbursements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4-6 years of accounting experience in a high-growth environment
• CPA certification is highly preferred
• Prior experience in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Medical Research is strongly preferred
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience
