Accounting Manager

Job Summary

To support day-to-day accounting operations in a multi-dimensional business environment, the full-time salaried Accounting Manager will manage month-end and year-end close tasks, ensure GAAP compliance, and maintain reconciliations across multiple entities while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute month-end close tasks, including journal entries and account adjustments, while preparing balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare financial statement schedules and ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
• Maintain reconciliations for general ledger accounts and support intercompany transaction tracking and elimination entries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CPA candidacy preferred
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity or multi-state environment
• Solid understanding of GAAP and core accounting fundamentals, including accruals and reconciliations
• Experience with ERP systems, with Acumatica experience being a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
