Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Senior Accounting Manager, the full-time remote Accounting Manager will oversee daily accounting operations, guide a high-performing team, and ensure financial accuracy and compliance while driving process improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the accounting team, fostering collaboration and professional growth
• Oversee and review monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes
• Analyze financial statements to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong analytical responsibilities
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing or mentoring team members
• Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and forecasting
• Experience with data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and financial systems
