Job Summary

Leading a team of bookkeepers, the full-time Accounting Manager will manage client relationships, ensure financial accuracy, and implement process improvements while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of bookkeepers, ensuring accurate financials and adherence to policies
• Oversee the review of weekly and monthly financials for your team and prepare financial reports
• Build and maintain client relationships and communicate financial strategies via Zoom and email

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in an accounting environment with team oversight capabilities
• Technical expertise in QuickBooks Online and proficiency in Word, Excel, and relevant software
• Demonstrated success in multi-client environments with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining quality and accuracy
