Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, the full-time salaried Accounting Manager will manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and financial reporting while supporting the CFO in budget development and variance analysis.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise the preparation of financial reports, including monthly and annual statements
• Monitor actual results against budget and provide variance analysis
• Supervise and mentor personnel within the Finance Department

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance
• At least 8 years of prior nonprofit finance experience in a Senior Financial Management role
• Proficiency in managing data for financial reporting efficiently
