Job Summary

Leading accounting operations remotely, the full-time Manager, Accounting will ensure financial integrity, manage a team of accounting professionals, and drive process improvements while delivering accurate financial insights to support business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting for assigned business units
• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Manage the monthly close cycle, ensuring accurate and timely production of financial statements and supporting schedules

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial reporting
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
