Accounting Manager

Job Summary

To support a fast-growing and dynamic team, the full-time Accounting Manager will manage the AHS accounting department, oversee the monthly accounting close and financial reporting, and collaborate closely with the Controller in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the financial accounting process, including general ledger maintenance, journal entry review, and financial reporting
• Ensure accuracy in the general ledger and financial statements, with ultimate authority over transaction classification and booking
• Participate in developing accounting policies and procedures, assist in the annual budget process, and recommend changes to prevent fraud through structured internal controls

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and demonstrated accounting skills
• Highly analytical with the ability to evaluate complex accounting and financial data independently
• Self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple deadlines
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
