Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Accounting Manager will oversee financial operations for a portfolio of clients, manage a team of Senior Accountants and bookkeepers, and provide strategic financial insights while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for clients
• Review and finalize month-end and year-end close reports, providing recommendations for cash flow and profitability improvements
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering professional development and implementing process improvements

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Supervisory or team management experience with a passion for coaching
• Strong expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis
• Experience advising multiple clients across various industries
• Process improvement mindset with the ability to implement enhancements
