Accounting Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time Accounting Manager will oversee bookkeeping services, maintain client relationships, and prepare advanced financial reports while working remotely during US (EST) hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of bookkeepers to ensure high-quality bookkeeping and accounting services
• Prepare and deliver financial reports, including cash flow and budgeting, to clients
• Coach and mentor team members while enhancing internal processes and procedures

Required qualifications

• At least 7 years of Big4/Public Practice/operational accounting/consulting experience
• Minimum 3 years of accounting/bookkeeping leadership experience
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
• Experience with Xero/QBO and related software tools
• Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
