Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Managing accounting functions for multiple clients, the remote Accounting Manager will oversee full-cycle month-end close, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and tax compliance while assisting with financial statements and budget creation.

Key responsibilities

• Produce monthly financial statements and budget vs actual analysis
• Assist with financial modeling and forecasting for clients
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, ensuring compliance with company policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; CPA is a plus
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Solid understanding of GAAP
• Experience with software solutions such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, and NetSuite
• Experience implementing workflow automation or AI-enabled tools preferred
