Accounting Manager

Job Summary

To support a continually growing Accounting & Finance team, the remote Manager, Accounting will own the end-to-end accounts payable function, oversee the AP team, and prepare month-end reconciliations while ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the accounts payable function, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and month-end accruals
• Develop and support the AP team through goal-setting, performance reviews, and coaching
• Identify opportunities to streamline AP workflows and implement process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• 5-7 years of accounting experience with solid knowledge of US GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP's, SUMIF's, and Pivot Tables
• Experience with accrual accounting methods and financial reporting
• Familiarity with NetSuite Accounting system is a plus
