Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Controller in a fully remote capacity, the hands-on Accounting Manager will manage month-end close execution, oversee day-to-day accounting operations, and improve accounting processes across a multi-entity organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Supervise the Accounts Payable Specialist and maintain organized close documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4-6+ years of accounting experience
• Strong experience with month-end close and financial reporting support
• Exposure to intercompany and multi-entity accounting environments
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
