Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Controller, the full-time remote Accounting Manager will manage month-end close processes, oversee day-to-day accounting operations, and ensure accurate financial reporting across a multi-entity organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of the month-end close process and prepare financial statements
• Record and reconcile intercompany transactions while supervising the Accounts Payable Specialist
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and enhance close efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4-6+ years of accounting experience, preferably in multi-entity environments
• Strong experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience supporting audit and tax processes
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (Sage Intacct a plus)
