Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Accounting Manager to lead the client accounting team in a remote capacity, focusing on managing workflow, supporting team development, and enhancing operational processes in a high-volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee workflow for the client accounting and bookkeeping team to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Coach, mentor, and develop accounting team members while resolving process roadblocks
• Partner with firm leadership to improve systems, processes, and scalability

Required qualifications

• At least four years of relevant experience in public accounting, CAS, or outsourced accounting
• Strong bookkeeping and month-end close experience
• Prior leadership or team oversight experience
• Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is essential
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
