Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Proactive and detail-oriented, the full-time remote Accounting Manager will manage client engagements, oversee financial transactions, prepare financial statements, and lead an offshore team while supporting high-growth startups with their accounting and business management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full cycle accounting close, producing timely financial statements and managing client budgets
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes, including invoicing, collections, and vendor setup
• Implement and utilize various accounting software solutions to streamline financial operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 7+ years of relevant experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles
• Experience with Big 4 or national public accounting firms is a plus
• Proficient in Google Sheets, including advanced functions like pivot tables
