Accounting Manager

Job Summary

To oversee the day-to-day operations of the Billing and Accounts Payable function, the full-time remote Accounting Manager will manage client invoicing, vendor relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring data quality and leading process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client billing functions and full cycle accounts payable operations, including month-end close and reconciliations
• Collaborate with the Vendor Risk Management team to manage vendor-related risks and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts payable, providing insights for management decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
• 3+ years of direct supervisory experience, including hiring and performance management
• Understanding of GAAP and audit processes
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and accounting software
