Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of clients, the full-time remote Accounting and Advisory Manager will oversee client engagement, ensure timely reporting, and lead a team while contributing to the accounting department's strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point-of-contact for clients, ensuring they are informed of engagement progress and deadlines
• Coordinate and manage both in-person and remote team schedules, participating in client meetings and business planning
• Perform quality control checks on accounting reports and provide on-the-job training and feedback to team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in accounting
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting firm
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts concurrently
• Fluency in French or another foreign language is a plus
