Job Summary

Leading a team of accounting professionals, the full-time Accounting Manager will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain strong financial controls, and oversee day-to-day accounting operations in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of accounting professionals while managing performance and training
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including oversight of billing processes and compliance with accounting standards
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across accounting processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6-8+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience managing or leading teams
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
