Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Managing client relationships and accounting delivery, the full-time Accounting Manager will oversee multiple clients' accounting operations remotely while directing the analyst team's work and driving process improvements with a technology-first mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the operational lead on accounting delivery, partnering with the Firm Principal/Franchise Owner to meet client needs
• Direct and review the analyst team's work across various accounting functions including A/P, A/R, payroll, and reconciliations
• Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process improvement while preparing and reviewing general ledger entries and reconciliations

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of public accounting or full-cycle accounting experience
• At least 2+ years of client relationship management experience
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience with Quickbooks Online (QBO)
• Experience with cloud accounting tools such as Bill.com and Ramp is a plus
• Prior experience working with multiple clients
