Accounting Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time remote Accounting Manager will take ownership of month-end close processes, including the review of journal entries and reconciliations, while driving process improvements and utilizing AI-powered tools for efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Prep and review month-end close deliverables, ensuring accuracy and quality in financial reporting
• Partner with the Senior Accounting Manager to enhance close timelines and documentation quality
• Build and maintain reporting and analysis using Looker and Snowflake for leadership decision-making

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in industry, public accounting, or a combination of both
• Demonstrated experience in review work, with a focus on identifying errors and ensuring quality
• Expert-level Excel skills, along with hands-on experience using Looker and Snowflake
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for improving accounting workflows
• A process-improvement mindset with a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiencies
