Accounting Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing financial operations team, the full-time Accounting Manager will lead key General Ledger areas including month-end close activities, corporate card spend, and prepaid expenses while working remotely in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely journal entries in NetSuite
• Review and oversee corporate credit card journal entries and prepaid expense lifecycle
• Manage team performance by setting expectations, providing coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of experience in General Ledger accounting or financial statement audit, with at least 1 year in a management role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with large data sets
• Practical experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• CPA is strongly preferred, along with experience at a large public accounting firm
