Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Taking ownership of the day-to-day accounting operations, the full-time remote Accounting Manager will execute the monthly close process, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure the accuracy of financial records while supporting SEC filings and audit readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the monthly close process by preparing and posting journal entries and maintaining the general ledger
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, including bank accounts and corporate/customer bitcoin holdings
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including vendor payments and cash application

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience with hands-on general ledger and close ownership
• Direct experience with SEC reporting and public company close cycles
• Solid working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX-level control expectations
