Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager - Bookkeeper.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with monthly banking and payroll reconciliations and analyze account transactions
  • Perform general bookkeeping duties, including posting journal entries and preparing financial statements
  • Prepare payroll tax reports and monthly sales tax reports while maintaining client relationships
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-year degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks, including QuickBooks Online and Intuit payroll
  • Experience with bank account and credit card downloads
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel
  • Able to work independently and maintain organization
