Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounting Manager - Bookkeeper.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with monthly banking and payroll reconciliations and analyze account transactions
- Perform general bookkeeping duties, including posting journal entries and preparing financial statements
- Prepare payroll tax reports and monthly sales tax reports while maintaining client relationships
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-year degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks, including QuickBooks Online and Intuit payroll
- Experience with bank account and credit card downloads
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel
- Able to work independently and maintain organization
