Accounting Manager, Billing & Revenue

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager / Senior Accounting Manager, Billing & Revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end billing operations, including order forms, invoicing, and accounts receivable collections
• Manage revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 and reconcile key revenue accounts
• Support month-end close processes and contribute across various accounting functions as needed

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 2+ years in billing, AR, and revenue recognition in a SaaS environment
• Deep knowledge of ASC 606 and experience with sales tax compliance
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar GL systems
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA is a plus
• Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline accounting workflows
