Accounting Manager - Compliance

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Accounting Manager - Compliance will manage statutory financial reporting, oversee audits and regulatory obligations, and ensure tax compliance while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Managing statutory and GAAP financial reporting activities for accurate and timely filings
• Overseeing statutory audits and regulatory reporting obligations, including external audit relationships
• Leading internal controls initiatives to enhance financial reporting accuracy and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in regulated environments
• Strong understanding of GAAP, statutory accounting principles, and financial compliance
• Experience managing audits, tax compliance, and internal control environments
