Accounting Manager (CPA Required)

Job Summary

To support a growing financial infrastructure, the full-time remote Accounting Manager (CPA Required) will lead the ERP migration from QuickBooks Online, establish inventory and COGS accounting, and build a foundation for multi-entity, multi-currency operations across the United States and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the selection, implementation, and stabilization of a new ERP system, including integration with various financial tools
• Establish inventory and COGS accounting policies and build an inventory subledger with automated reporting
• Define requirements for multi-entity and multi-currency accounting, coordinating with external partners for compliance and tax needs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with significant involvement in ERP migration at a scaling company
• Experience with inventory accounting and COGS in a physical-goods business
• Proficiency in accounting systems and integrations, with a solid understanding of data models and API communications
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency, and intercompany accounting
• CPA preferred, with a blend of public accounting and high-growth in-house experience
