Accounting Manager, CPG

Job Summary

To support a portfolio of fast-growing consumer brand and e-commerce clients, the full-time remote Accounting Manager, CPG will manage the month-end close process, prepare financial statements, and lead a team of accountants while ensuring high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close processes and prepare monthly financial statements for clients
• Engage with clients to deliver high-quality accounting services and act as the primary contact for their needs
• Mentor and manage a team of accountants, delegating tasks and providing feedback

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 years of operational accounting experience, with multi-client experience required
• Experience in full cycle accounting for consumer product or food & beverage companies
• Knowledge of inventory management systems such as Dear or Cin7 Core
• An undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Proficiency in QBO or Netsuite and Shopify, along with advanced Excel skills
