Accounting Manager CPG E-comm

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager specializing in CPG/E-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close process for clients, prepare financial statements, and ensure accuracy of accounting processes
• Engage with clients to deliver high-quality service and manage client relationships
• Mentor and delegate work to a team of accountants, collaborate with colleagues to implement new processes

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of operational accounting experience with multi-client exposure
• Experience in full cycle accounting for consumer product or food & beverage companies
• Working knowledge of inventory management systems and familiarity with QBO or Netsuite and Shopify
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Passion for supporting startups and driving process improvements
