Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consolidations / Mergers & Acquisitions Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee monthly and quarterly consolidation processes ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP
  • Lead technical accounting for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
  • Prepare and review consolidation journal entries and collaborate with Legal and Development teams on deal structures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; CPA strongly preferred
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in consolidations and M&A accounting
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, particularly ASC 805 and ASC 810
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with consolidation tools
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
