Accounting Manager - Non-Profit

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager for a non-profit organization, offering a remote and permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable and payroll
• Develop and implement financial strategies and controls to ensure organizational financial health
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports and coordinate the budget and financial forecasts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a non-profit or healthcare setting
• Proven experience as a Controller or similar role, with strong knowledge of assurance and accounting
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of CAS and experience with financial reporting
