Accounting Manager - RCM

Job Summary

Managing accounting activities for the department, the full-time Manager, Accounting - RCM will oversee general ledger accounts, financial statements, and reporting while ensuring compliance with regulations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
• Manage month-end closing processes and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Audit accounts for compliance with regulations and coordinate with external auditors for annual audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• 6+ years of accounting experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• Experience with SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Combination of education and experience that meets the required qualifications
