Accounting Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Managing contracting needs for various shared service departments, the full-time Accounting Operations Analyst Contractor will serve as the primary point of contact for contracts, collaborate with internal stakeholders for contract approvals, and lead administrative tasks such as Purchase Order and vendor invoice management in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contracting needs and serve as the primary point of contact for contracts
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Legal to facilitate contract approvals
• Calculate month-end accruals and prepare journal entries while assisting in budget performance analysis

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of related experience in accounting operations
• Experience in budget management and financial reporting
• Familiarity with Purchase Order and vendor invoice management
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
